Small-team billing

Give a growing billing process one consistent shape.

When several people prepare billing, small differences in client names, invoice numbers, terms, and presentation become expensive. InvoraOne starts with a simple document and adds a workspace record when the business needs continuity.

What a good invoice does

Built for small teams, not a generic spreadsheet.

Keep customer-facing invoices consistent while preserving a clear, workspace-owned history.

01

Use one client identity

Saved client records reduce spelling, address, tax-ID, and currency inconsistencies across repeat invoices.

02

Track an explicit status

Draft, sent, viewed, paid, overdue, and void states make operational follow-up visible without inventing revenue.

03

Separate access from ownership

Records belong to a workspace, while member roles determine who may read or change them on the server.

Four-step workflow

From finished work to sendable PDF.

  1. 01Agree on the business identity, numbering convention, and payment terms.
  2. 02Save verified customer billing details in the workspace client book.
  3. 03Create and review the invoice before recording it as sent.
  4. 04Update status from real payment and collection activity.

Common questions

Before you send.

Are team permissions active?

Workspace ownership and server role checks are supported. Invitations and expanded team administration remain setup-required and are not presented as live.

Are invoice totals trusted from the browser?

No. For saved workspace invoices, the server validates every line and recalculates subtotal, discount, tax, and total.

Can a free workspace save invoices?

No. Free use is the unlimited local generator and PDF workflow. Server-backed invoice history and saved clients begin on Starter.
