The free generator collects nothing

The invoice generator at invoraone.com/invoice-generator runs entirely in your browser. The business details, client details, line items, and amounts you type are never transmitted to our servers. A working draft is stored in your own browser's local storage so you do not lose work on refresh; clearing your browser data removes it.

Account data

If you create an account we store the email address you sign up with, and any workspace, invoice, client, and branding records you choose to save. Authentication is handled by Supabase. Records are scoped to your workspace using row-level security.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your invoice or client data to train models.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of card data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

InvoraOne account subscriptions are separate from payments between you and your invoice recipients. InvoraOne does not currently collect, route, or hold invoice-recipient funds. A future connected-account feature will have its own setup and terms before it is made available.

Email

We may send transactional account, security, billing, and service messages through our authentication, payment, or email providers. Invoice delivery and automated overdue reminders are not active until the dashboard identifies them as available. We send marketing email only if you opt in, and every such message contains an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

We set a session cookie when you sign in, and a preference cookie for administrative sessions. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data retention and deletion

Account data is retained while your account is open. To close an account or request deletion, contact support. Workspace records are removed within 30 days after a verified request, except where we are required to retain billing records for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.

To request an export, correction, or deletion, email support@invoraone.com from the account address.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. We honour these requests regardless of jurisdiction.
